Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Island Mist Bath and Body would like to give our valued customers fair and accurate shipping costs when placing an order. As such, there is no shipping calculated when you complete your purchase. Once we receive your order we weigh it and email you the shipping costs. When payment is received we then ship your order. This includes a very nominal fee to cover the cost of the carton, packaging, and insurance.

Don’t forget, orders over $100 receive Free shipping!

RETURN POLICY:

Due to the personal nature of my products and COVID-19, I am unable to accept returns on purchases. 

REFUNDS:

No cash refunds will be issued. 

EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT:

If your product is damaged, a replacement product of equal or lesser value, including shipping, will be issued. 

OR if the customer prefers, a store credit in the form of an e-gift card will be issued for the amount of the damaged product including shipping as calculated at the time of delivery via the shipping company used.

Requests for replacements or e-gift cards must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.

PRE-ORDER SHIP DATE

Island Mist Soapworks uses the “Cold Process” method when making soap, as such, there is a minimum cure time of 4 weeks. Your soap is safe to use, however, the longer the cure time, the better the bar properties and lasting power the soap has.

Please be sure to read the “Pre-Order Ship Date” in the description box when ordering so you are aware that the soap may not have reached its minimum cure time until the date stated. I try my best to have a ready “cured” supply available, however, if it’s a popular scent or bestseller it will go fast. If no date is specified it has reached the full cure time.
